The current situation with the charge stone, is that the charge stone can be used on non-held structures. However, this has created a new mechanic called "Chambering" which involves charging a structure to use the effect on a different structure instead
So, the new suggestion is to reword the description so that the charge stone charges the player instead of the structure.
"Using Hold on a structure for longer than one second will increase the potency of the next force modifier applied to a structure, modifiers such as Straight and Kick" - EnderVlad's suggestion
To make this clear, the particle system for charge could be reworked to be primarily focused around the player instead of the structure. A couple community suggestions are:
  • Yellow particles swirling around the player after the second - like surge or adamant except yellow
  • Yellow circles around the player's fists - Moving the charge effect to the player's fists
  • Yellow particles that originate from a structure and flow into a player for the duration of the second it is being charged
By doing this, hopefully not too much mechanic code should need to be changed, and RUMBLE players can keep our precious chambering
