allow for saturation of the colors iof the clothes

probs should be locked behind a fairly large paywall as it's kinda like buying several paints at once(maybe like 10-50k)

the range shouldn't be too large to not invalidate other stuff and allow for greater precision with the colors, this is to mainly make it easier to color match across different clothing parts as rn i.e. pinks on the tattoos, belt and clothing are all different, so they don't match up as well as i'd hope they would
