i think the only face marking missing is freckles. we got moles, we got face paints and a whole lot of other stuff yet the only marking thats missing (imo) is freckles. as a freckled person myself i can say that freckles are super cool and u should totally add them. AND i think it should be fairly simple to add it to the game although i may be wrong
