Bring back the F10 FoV and Motion Smoothing sliders

After patch 0.2.5 it's no longer possible to enable custom camera settings from the F10 menu. The patch updated the LIV integration "to allow for more recording options, including a first person one". Aside from the fact that LIV's first-person stabilizer simply doesn't work there are also a couple other downsides:
- LIV requires you to install their own driver.
- Watermarks unless you sign up for an account (and agree to their own privacy policy).
- Unable to block LIV's internet access due to aforementioned account requirement.
LIV can be great for those that do not have an issue with these points, but it would be nice for it to be an optional alternative. Please bring back the game's native FoV and motion smoothing camera alongside the LIV integration. I'd love to create and share clips to spread the word about Rumble!

Forgot to mention that LIV requires the game to be purchased from Steam. If the game is purchased from the Oculus store it does not work.
