Rumble Crashes Vive Cosmos Tracking

For months I've thought my headset tracking bugging out and requiring multiple restarts to work was the fault of the software or the headset itself but from some recent testing on different computers/laptops I've done it appears that the fault of the tracking is none other than the game itself i just wanted to let you guys know that there is some fault in the game causing the vive tracking software to crash.
I love playing the game but this glitch is making it really hard for me to play not only that but for some apparent reason the headset overheats to the point of shutting down. when not even heavily modded B&S(Blade and Sorcery) does this. Please if you guys would be so kind to find a solution to fixing this problem Thank you.

Hey SplatThatGame,
Because of an input compatibility layer that's active by your OpenXR runtime (and possibly can not shut it off), we recommend you to install a toolkit which is called the "OpenXR ToolKit".
Here are the steps you need to follow to fix it:
- Download the OpenXR Toolkit here: https://github.com/mbucchia/OpenXR-Toolkit/releases/download/1.3.2/OpenXR-Toolkit-1.3.2.msi
- Follow the instructions here to install it: https://mbucchia.github.io/OpenXR-Toolkit/#installation
Let me know if that fixed it for you! 😄
