when your name is longer than 31 characters (possible with steam's 32 character max or with a mod) it breaks queuing and parks

for queuing: you basically cannot find a match and once the noise does happen it just doesnt load or black out and eventually errors

for parks: you are visually stuck on spawn for other players, cannot talk with others and can't do moves

note: this bug has existed since before the update but with 48 characters instead which made it only accessible with mods
