Pretty simple to explain, the game finds a match for me through the normal queue system, and I'm left standing there unable to move as nothing loads. No fade to black or anything. I was standing there for a good few minutes too just in case it worked, and it didn't.

Maarten Braaksma (Project Lead) From My Understanding, This is Caused by Clicking ReQueue.
I and Others have tested and if someone hits requeue, it can happen, but if both players hit Exit then Pull Lever, it works.
The player that gets this glitch Can't change scenes and if the game tried to go to the park, they will lose player control and no scene change. They will then have to restart game.
The thing about this bug is it Effects Both players in queue. But Only the one with the glitch might have to restart their game. This bug also seems to persist across game instances. Close Game, Open Game. Change Region and Head to a Park. This seems to Clear the Issue.
Another thing about the bug is that the Recents list will ONLY SOMETIMES show 2 recent players and other times it shows 1 recent players. I suspect when You have the bug, the Game is trying to connect you to 2 people (hence 2 recent players) and when you encounter someone with the bug, you get 1 recent player.
Since I stopped hitting Requeue, I have stopped getting the bug except for the 1 person on recents list (other person with bug) every so often and I don't have to restart game. But the times that I do hit Requeue on accident, it seems to be about a 50% chance to get the bug and have to restart game and clear the bug.

I believe we've fixed this issue with the latest patch that will come up.
I'll put this in "IN PROGRESS" in the meantime to verify it's not happening anymore.

This has gotten worse with the 0.4 customization update. Happens all the time. I'm currently trying without mods/melon loader. Could send my player log after I get a hit.
edit: after unmodding the game im seeing improvement in match making success (so far 3 requeues without issue). Will give another update on it in the near future.

It's a shame you've experienced this. Was that the last time you've played RUMBLE?
If so, do you perhaps have a Player.log file for me? You can find it here: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Buckethead Entertainment\RUMBLE\Player.log (or Player-prev.log if it's your second last session)
