Fall through stairs, stuck in wall

Playing with friend, I tried to run straight up some stairs at the beginning of the lobby level, but I fell right through the middle of the stairs and it put me in a rock wall. No menu to unstick self.

BIVN: The site didn't give me the bug reports section to choose it on my initial post. Mods/admin should just move it to the right section.

I was the friend. We reloaded the level and then I fell through the floor on the other staircase, but there was not any other rocks in the map, so i was able to walk off the edge of the map underground and fall to my death and respawn. Unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot.
